quantum.hi Program Enrollment Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Almas Alibekov doing business as quantum.hi ("Provider"), and the undersigned individual ("Participant").

1.PROGRAM

1.1 The Provider offers an intensive online training program ("Program") consisting of Quantum Core and Quantum Leap modules delivered through live, interactive sessions.

1.2 Program duration is 3-4 months with 1-hour daily sessions Monday through Friday.

1.3 Limited to 15 participants per cohort.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 Program fee is $799.00 USD (one-time payment) or $999 USD (3 monthly installments of $333).

2.2 Payment is processed securely through Stripe and Squarespace payment processing systems.

2.3 For installment plans, payments are due on the same day each month following initial payment.

3. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

3.1 Provider offers a 2-day satisfaction guarantee from the start of the Program.

3.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of first session.

3.3 Administrative fee of $100 is non-refundable.

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Maintain consistent attendance and active participation.

4.2 Ensure adequate internet connection and necessary technology.

4.3 Complete assigned work and participate in discussions.

4.4 Maintain professional conduct during sessions.

4.5 Respect confidentiality of other participants.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All Program materials remain Provider's property.

5.2 Recording sessions is prohibited without written permission.

5.3 Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared.

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Provider makes no guarantees about specific outcomes.

6.2 Results depend on Participant's effort and implementation.

6.3 Provider reserves right to modify Program content for improvement.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Provider may terminate participation for conduct violations.

7.2 No refunds issued after satisfaction guarantee period.

7.3 Payment obligations survive termination.

8. PRIVACY

8.1 Provider collects and processes data per Privacy Policy.

8.2 Participant data is confidential and securely stored.

9. AGREEMENT

9.1 This Agreement represents complete understanding between parties.

9.2 Modifications must be in writing and agreed by both parties.

9.3 Agreement governed by Texas law.
